Probably the best Korean bbq I’ve ever had. If there’s anything about Koreans, they love to make you well fed

Took the boys here the other day for dinner catchup and honestly felt alittle let down. Firstly the place was dirty. Tables needed a wipe down. Service was alittle below par as well. The food. I had the creamed egg dish, it was actually pretty good, loads of protein. I also had this steak dish with veggies, honestly wasn't too bad. The others had 2 servings of waygu steak, 1 serving of chicken bites coated in coconut and cheese, 1 serving of a pork soup. They all enjoyed it. But hey it's my review. It all felt like the quality just wasn't there. Will be back to try again.

Perfect for a winters night! The variety here is good, and thought we would do the Non BBQ options tonight. The chicken service is decent and tasty, I was concerned when I saw the chips serving, but the chicken will fill you up no problems. The Jiggae was very good and the egg was also enjoyable. They are slowly rolling out more locations in this group and are worth giving a go if you're nearby one.

We had a great experience. Phoenixour server was brilliant at her job. The food was fresh and great quality. We had the Wagyu tester and it was phenomenal. The side dishes were all flavourful and beautifully presented. This place was a pleasant surprise. Cooking together was fun and having excellent food was a great plus.

A couple of years ago, we tried to visit this restaurant right at opening time (around 5:00 PM—I can't remember the exact time, but we arrived as soon as Google showed they were open). We asked for a table but were told they were fully booked. We even offered to eat quickly and leave, but unfortunately, they still couldn’t accommodate us. There wasn’t a welcoming response or a suggestion to book for another time, nor were we offered an alternative timeslot. We left feeling a bit disappointed and puzzled, but since we aren’t local to Wollongong, we didn’t have another opportunity to visit. Two years later, we finally made it back to Wollongong and decided to give the restaurant another try. This time, it was a quiet weekday in winter, so we walked in without a reservation—and we’re so glad we did! We really enjoyed our meal. The side dishes were delicious, and the portions for dishes like the kimchi soup and seafood pancake were generous. In fact, the two of us couldn’t finish everything and actually ordered too much, so we ended up taking some food back to our hotel. We’d love to return again if we have the chance!
